    Real-time updates

    Our goal is to get your life back on track with as little stress and hassle as possible. You can check your claim’s status and get updates at any time using Claims Tracker. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

    Log in to see the status of your claim anytime, including inspection details or payment summaries. If you have anything to share with us, including photos and documents, you can upload it or contact your claims associate any time after you’ve submitted the claim.

    Towing coverage

    If your policy includes towing and labor coverage, contact the service provider of your choice and Nationwide will reimburse you up to your policy limit, upon coverage review.

    Rental coverage

    Rental car reimbursement helps pay for a rental if your vehicle can’t be driven due to a covered collision or comprehensive insurance claim. Without rental reimbursement, you run the risk of having to pay for the rental yourself.

Starting a claim

We'll assess your vehicle and evaluate claim details to determine the repairs or if the vehicle is a Total Loss.

Complete repairs

We'll help you find and schedule repairs with a shop, and keep you updated on the state of your vehicle.

Get back on the road

We'll provide payment and inform you that the claim has been closed. We may also provide tips for upgrading coverage or purchasing a new vehicle.
